Terms & Conditions
1. All of our shoes are pre-order items, it may take 7~10 business days for the stock to arrive after payment. (Sometimes even longer due to unpredictable situation such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, flight delays, typhoons in China, customs clearance delay, delivery issues, nobody receive the parcel, or other unforeseen events). So, please only buy from us if you have some time to wait. We promise if in any rare occasion, you didn’t receive your parcel one month after payment, we will provide a full refund without question asked.
Note: Refunds will not be issued in cases which delivery is attempted but you are unreacheable (move house, phone not reachable etc).
2. Please be noted that you are paying RM190~RM380 for a pair of shoes, which is much more cheaper. Please recognize that we sell PREMIUM GRADE IMITATION SHOES. They may not be as perfect as the original, but they are surely worth the money you have paid. PLEASE ONLY BUY FROM US IF YOU ARE AWARE OF THIS. We will not entertain complaints that the product is not as perfect as the original or that our product can't meet their sky-high expectations. However, we assure and promise you that the items you get will be exactly the same as our displayed product photo.
3. Please choose the size of the shoes carefully according to the size of your Nike/Adidas/Under Armour/PUMA shoes. Shoes sold out are not refundable/exchangeable. Only if we send the wrong shoes, size or colour, we are responsible. In this case, the shoes should not be worn before and must be returned in 7 days to be exchanged or refund.
4. New, unworn shoes can be exchanged within 7 days only if they meet one of the following 4 conditions:
(a) You receive the wrong shoes or the wrong colour.
(b) You receive the wrong shoe size.
(c) The shoes received don't look like the image displayed on our website.
(d) The shoes themselves have serious damage/defect on outlook upon receiving (not a minor flaw)
You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact us with your Order Number, shoes & size you wish to exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Shoes without shoes box are not eligible for returns.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Shoes must be chosen from our website, if you provide other picture/links, we are not responsible if the shoes received have difference.
6. Please submit details according to the format given strictly. If details submitted were not clear, we will not be responsible if there are any mistake during courier delivery. All of the order will be processed upon final confirmation, and no changes can be made after that. If the details you submit are not complete after placing the order, you will need contact the courier service company yourself.
7. For Cash On Delivery (COD) parcels in cases where the customer cannot be reached, we will make a maximum of two attempts to ship out using the Cash On Delivery (COD) channel. After two failed attempts, the customer will need to pay the balance amount, and we will send out the shoes using normal delivery. Under normal delivery, the courier will drop the parcel at your place even if you are not at home or unreachable.
8. Please note that orders that have completed payment, in shipping or shipped cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order and get full refund only if the shoes you ordered is out of stock.
Payment:
For FPX online payment and Touch 'n Go eWallet , you can direct make the online transfer during the checkout process. We will process your order immediately after your payment is made.
For manual payment, you can bank in to either one of our Maybank, CIMB or Public Bank (Please message our Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp to acquire the bank account) account. We will only process your order after the receipt was shown.

1. 鞋子全部是预购，付款后大概 7-10个工作天会到（有时如果有无法避免的事情，可能会迟到。例如：中国台风，飞机延迟，海关严查，派送延误，没人接收货物 等），所以急要的话请三思。我们不接急单。我们承诺如果发生特别状况，您付款1个月之后没收到鞋子，我们会全额退款。
退款将不会在以下情况下发放：当尝试递送商品但您无法联系到（搬家、电话无法接通等情况）。
2. 您现在购买一双鞋RM190~RM380, 比外面便宜很多。请认清事实，我们卖的是高仿鞋，鞋子不会像正版那么完美，小瑕疵我们不给予更换，不过我们保证一定物超所值。鞋子不是艺术品，完美主义者请慎拍。鞋子不能达到您的期望的投诉，我们不予理会。不过，我们保证您拿到的鞋子会跟我们网站展示的鞋子一模一样。
3. 请根据您的Nike/Adidas/Under Armour/PUMA标准篮球鞋尺码购买。货物售出，恕不退货。 选尺码时请谨慎！只有我们发错鞋子（颜色或者款式），我们会提供退货服务（收到鞋7天内为退货期限，逾期恕不受理）。
4. 如果收到的鞋子有严重问题，欢迎马上联系我们。如果符合以下4个条件中其中一个，没穿过的新鞋7天内可退货，逾期恕不受理。
(1) 您收到的鞋子，尺码或者鞋子颜色有错误。
(2) 您收到的鞋子外观本身有严重的瑕疵（小瑕疵或鞋子内部瑕疵不予更换）
(3) 您收到的鞋子和网站展示的鞋子照片不一样。
(4) 鞋子使用的两个月内发生了严重的质量问题 （如 鞋子logo脱落，鞋底脱落 等等）- 可能会产生额外的处理费和运送费用。
从您收到货的那天算起，您有7天的时间退还鞋子。符合退换资格的客户，可以联系我们并通知我们您的订单号，要换的鞋子&尺码。
退还的鞋子必须要是新鞋，没有被穿过。鞋子必须是在原有的包装内退回。没有鞋盒的鞋子是不予退换的。
退换的鞋子需要有购买收据凭证。

5. 请从我们的网站里选择鞋子，如果您提供的鞋子是其他的 图片/链接，寄到的鞋子款式如有不同 我们不负责。
6. 请根据根据格式填写下单方式，若资料填写不清楚，鞋子寄错我们不负责。我们会依据最后确认的资料下单，下单后不可更改资料。如果你下单提交的资料不完整，请自己联络派送公司更改资料。
7. 对于货到付款包裹，在客户无法联系到的情况下，我们将最多尝试两次使用货到付款渠道发货。在两次尝试失败后，客户需要支付订单余额，然后我们将使用普通快递寄出鞋子。在普通快递下，即使您不在家或联系不到，快递员也会把包裹送到您的地址。
8. 已经付款的订单，运送途中的订单，或者已经送出的订单是不可以删除订单或者申请退款的。只有鞋子没货，或者还没有付款的订单可以删除订单。
付款方式：
FPX网上转账或者Touch 'n Go电子钱包的话，可以直接在网站下单的时候转账，我们收到您的汇款之后会马上操作您的订单。
手动付款方式请信箱我们以索取Maybank, CIMB或者Public Bank账号，付款后您必须出示收据，我们才会操作下单。
