About Our Shoes
1. All of our shoes are pre-order items, it may take 7~10 business days to have the stock arrived after payment. (Sometimes even longer due to unpredictable situation such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, flight delays, typhoon in china, customs clearance delay, delivery delay, nobody receive the parcel & etc.). So, please only buy from us if you are willing to wait. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RUSH ORDER. We promise if in any occasion, you didn’t receive your parcel one month after payment, we will refund the money completely back to you.

2. Please be noted that you are paying RM190~RM300 for a pair of shoes, which is much more cheaper. Please recognize the truth, we sell PREMIUM GRADE IMITATION SHOES, it will not be as perfect as original, but these are surely worth the money you have paid. PLEASE ONLY BUY FROM US IF YOU ARE REGNOIZED ABOUT THIS, We will simply ignore the complaint about the product is not as perfect as original or our product can't met their sky high expectation, please be noted that. Serious problem feel free to pm us, new shoes can be exchange in 7 days.

3. Please choose the size of the shoes carefully according to the size of your Nike/Adidas/Under Armour shoes. Shoes sold out are not refundable/exchangeable. Only if we send the wrong shoes, size or colour, we are responsible. In this case, the shoes should not be worn before and must be returned in 7 days to be exchanged or refund. 4. Shoes must be chosen from our website, if you provide other picture/links, we are not responsible if the shoes received have difference.

5. Please submit details according to the format given STRICTLY, if details were submitted not clearly, we will not be responsible if there are any mistakes. All of the order will be proceed upon FINAL CONFIRMATION. No change can be made after the FINAL CONFIRMATION. If the details you submit are not complete, you yourself should contact the courier service company, we will not help to contact them.
