Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Basketball Footwear.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1) The shoes purchased are exchangeable within 7 days IF THEY ARE UNUSED and MEET ONE OF THE CRITERIA LISTED BELOW:

(a) You receive the wrong shoes or a different color than ordered.
(b) You receive the wrong shoe size.
(c) The shoes received don't look like the image displayed on our website.
(d) The shoes themselves have serious damage/defect on outlook upon receiving (not minor flaws)

Please note that refunds will only be issued in cases where the correct shoes cannot be provided for exchange.

However, please note that EXCHANGE OR REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED in the following circumstances:
(i) If we had sent you the shoe video, and you agreed or did not prevent us from sending out the shoes to you.
(ii) If we have provided you with a corrected batch of shoes made by the factory, which is more similar to original shoes, while it might be slightly different from the image displayed on our website.

2) For used shoes with gum quality issues (eg. shoes logo peel off, shoes sole peel off etc.) discovered within 2 months after you receive the shoes, you may return the shoes to us for repairs, with the postage covered by us.

3) For used shoes with other manufacturing defects or quality issues found within 2 months after you receive the shoes, we do provide three types of returnless replacement options:

(a) Free returnless replacement - Customer may choose the replacement unit from available ready stock in-store.
(b) Returnless replacement with RM60 handling & shipping fees - Customers only need to cover RM60 for handling & shipping fees. We will send a new replacement unit of any shoes with the same price or cheaper price.
(c) Returnless replacement with RM60 handling & shipping fees, plus the price difference of the shoes - If you choose a replacement pair that is more expensive than your current shoes, you will need to cover RM60 handling & shipping fees, as well as the price difference of the shoes.

*Please note that flywire burst is a normal condition due to its technology limitations, and is not considered as manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Returns
You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact us on Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp us with your Order Number, shoes & size you wish to exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Shoes without shoes box are not eligible for returns.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns & Exchange Procedure

1) Make sure the shoes are not worn & shoes box is not damaged when you wrap.

2) Send back the shoes to us (within 7 days after received):

3) Send us the receipt of the postage (if case is applicable for postage refund)

4) After we receive the shoes, we will inform you for postage refund (if applicable).

5) For reorder, shoes normally will reach in 7-10 business days.

Postage Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your postage refund after inspecting the item.
