Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?

-Our shoes are pre-order. Normally the fastest duration we will email and update you your tracking number is after 7 business days, because the parcel will reach Malaysia after 7 business days. We will auto email you your tracking number once the parcel reach Malaysia. We post your shoes by Skynet, GDex, LineClear or Poslaju depend on your location.

Q. Delivery (Postage) Fee:
-Peninsular Malaysia: First pair RM10, second pair onwards RM5/pair
-Sabah and Sarawak: First pair RM15, second pair onwards RM10/pair
-Singapore: First pair RM20, second pair onwards RM15/pair

*Cash On Delivery (COD) service is only for Malaysia. COD postage fee is West Malaysia RM25 per pair, Sabah and Sarawak RM40 per pair.
*Postage is charged per shoes because the weight and volume of shoes is big.


Q. Do you accept TNG E-wallet payment?
-Yes, we accept TNG E-wallet payment. You may direct checkout on the website and pay to our TNG at https://payment.tngdigital.com.my/sc/bDLnx35uXJ


Q. Do you have Cash On Delivery (COD) service?
-Yes. We have Cash On Delivery (COD) service in Malaysia  only. COD postage fee is West Malaysia RM25 per pair, Sabah and Sarawak RM40 per pair.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
-You can cancel your order if the payment is not complete or unsuccessful. Orders that has completed payment, in shipping or shipped cannot be cancelled. 

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
-Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
